Production

In addition to our well-operated latex line, we have three Arburg Allrounder 520 machines with a clamping force of 1500 kN that are exclusively used for injection molding of silicone components.

Our custom-built IoT control system continuously monitors the production process in real-time on both the latex and silicone lines, allowing us to maintain traceability for each produced batch. This system enables us to retrospectively analyze the production conditions under which our products were manufactured. This comprehensive control and traceability, combined with our specially developed system, give us the ability to maintain and ensure a high-quality standard and make decisions based on reliable data.
