History
Almo Sil was founded in 2020. Prior to starting Almo Sil, we explored the market for similar production in Denmark. We did not find any manufacturers specializing in the production of silicone and latex products for children that could meet our high standards.
We manufacture molded silicone items and have machines specifically designed for injection molding, making us one of the few companies in Denmark with this capability. Injection molding ensures casting in a closed system, minimizing contact with the surrounding environment. Additionally, we produce latex products with a focus on items for children.
To realize our vision of producing high-quality silicone and latex products, we decided to start our own production. As it is a specialized field, we have needed external training and acquired product knowledge abroad. With expert assistance from experienced silicone and latex manufacturers, Almo Sil has gained the necessary expertise and techniques to achieve the desired quality.
Almo Sil focuses on creating high-quality products that are free from harmful substances and safe for children to use. We employ rigorous quality control processes, and in 2022 we got our ISO 9001:2015 certificate, to ensure that our products meet international safety standards.
Vision
Almo Sil’s vision is to manufacture high-quality silicone and natural rubber products. Our primary focus is on producing products for children, and therefore, quality consciousness and thoroughness are keywords throughout our production process.
We place great emphasis on maintaining strict control throughout the production process, from start to the final product, to ensure that no errors or defects occur. Our high standards also include a focus on hygiene and cleanliness in production, where we avoid the use of harmful substances.
At Almo Sil, we constantly strive to improve. Therefore, we continuously work on enhancements and streamlining processes while aiming to align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
